Returns

Due to the nature of our food products and strict quality standards, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

All products are packed carefully and undergo quality checks before dispatch to ensure they reach you in proper condition.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:

  • The order could not be delivered by our logistics partner
  • The order could not be fulfilled from our side
  • Payment was deducted but the order was not successfully processed

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In rare cases, if you receive:

  • A wrong product
  • A leaking or tampered package

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Photos/videos of the package and product

Our support team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
